SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Please note that all of our products are handmade so our lead time is 30-45 days, this lead time is just an estimate, sometimes it could take longer due to delays in production or shipping time of customs and transport from Mexico.
The shipments of the products, whether inside or outside the Mexican Republic, are made through external parcels to our company, taking into account that they are prestigious brands independent of www.impucalza-indios.com.
Once the product has been ordered and its existence has been verified, www.impucalza-indios.com will make available a series of prestigious brand parcel providers that are independent of our services and that the user or client may choose voluntarily and with full freedom for quality, delivery periods or cost.
As noted above, in our "store policies" in the event that the information or data provided by the user or customer for the shipment of their items is not true or is wrong , he will be solely responsible for the damages that this fact could cause, including that the shipment does not arrive.
Additionally, for an extra cost, the customer may optionally and voluntarily contract insurance with the parcel provider of their choice to guarantee the integrity of the items during shipment and delivery.
The delivery time with the parcel service begins 24 hours after confirming the final payment that the user or client has made for the selected item. The 24 hours are counted in business days and hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).
Once the parcel provider has been chosen, the user or client will have access to a guide number that will allow them to directly track their shipment process.
